Dipika Kakar Ibrahim, who is one of the most popular faces of Indian Television and has proved her acting mettle with shows like Sasural Simar Ka, Kahaan Hum Kahaan Tum, has not had an easy life. The actress started her career as an airhostess which she had to quit due to health issues. This pushed her towards acting. In an exclusive conversation with ETimes TV, Dipika recalled her struggling days and how she survived in Mumbai. She opened up about the phase when she lived in PGs, walked down to her auditions as she did not have money to commute and stayed in a rented flat with no curtains, bed sheets or a mattress.
