Breaking News: In the 2007 kidnapping of Umesh Pal, the key witness in the BSP MLA Raju Pal murder case, a court in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, found guilty gangster-turned-politician Atiq Ahmed and two other defendants. Atiq Ahmed, Dinesh Pasi, and Khan Saulat Hanif were all given life sentences by the MP-MLA court, along with a punishment of Rs. 1 lakh. The imprisoned don has received his first conviction.
