Delhi High Court reverses trial court's order; Sharjeel Imam, 8 others charged in Jamia violence case
Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma in her judgment said that respondents were prima facie visible in the video. They were seen violently pushing the barricades and raising slogans of 'Delhi police murdabad', adding that they consciously chose to participate in an unlawful assembly.
