    Karnataka CM B.S. Yediyurappa is stable & closely monitored after being tested positive for COVID-19

    Karnataka Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa also tested COVID positive. He has been admitted to Manipal hospital for observation. Times Now's Deepak Bopanna reports that yesterday CM informed about being COVID positive and for the precautionary measure he has been admitted to the hospital and nothing is serious as far as his health is concerned. The Manipal hospital has issued a statement that the CM is stable right now. Karnataka Chief Minister is the fifth BJP leader to test positive for Covid-19. Earlier in the day, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Uttar Pradesh BJP chief Swatantra Dev Singh, Tamil Nadu Governor Banwarilal Purohit and  UP Jal Shakti Minister Dr Mahendra Singh tested positive for Covid-19.
